Make sure you've granted microphone permission to the app. Go to iOS Settings → Violin Audition Game → Microphone and make sure it's enabled. Play close to your device and in a quiet environment for best results.
Tap "Enable Microphone" on the tuner screen and allow access when prompted. The tuner works best in a quiet room.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll look into it right away.
Tap the ⚙️ Settings button on the home screen and select "Replay Tour."
